Okay, fine. I’ll admit I like this collection and I like It a lot. At one point, after my impulse buy of the Givenchy Tee, I realized the brand was starting to get a bit played out. The brands recognition, their target customer, the patterns, the knock-offs, etc. Although the cuts and fabrications were done really well, a thought went in my head that said ‘back off.’ To say the least, it started getting obnoxious and I lost interest in the brands creativity and diversity. Then I saw this. Silk, of course, is an obsession of mine and it’s nice seeing more men wear it! I especially love that it was used in sweater form, as well. Now, we can say that historical painting have been done before, but I feel this is done very well because of it’s subtlety. Subtle is what sells, in my book. It’s all about the mini details. It’s nice seeing this collection not as flashy, more monochromatic, and clean. This pink is pretty nice, too.
